We absolutely loved our stay. Our entire family was on the first floor in three units overlooking the pool and the lawn. With 9 children, there was plenty to do. I have let the management know that our tv in the living area was not user friendly for us. We enjoy watching national news, golf and the main steam networks but we needed a tutorial. Also, the master bedroom was too warm. Those were our only complaints. We loved it and want to return in a year if the issues cited above can be attended to! Thank you for a great stay.

We love this condo and have been staying here for many years. Our family has been coming to Silver Dunes for generations. I’m so sorry this condo will be sold this year and not be put into rotation next year so that my family can continue in this unit with the traditions that we have maintained for so long. If the new owners would ever consider renting to us again during this Memorial Day weekend, we would love it and treat the condo as our own. Thank you to the current owner for the many wonderful memories we have made over the years in your beautiful condo.

Everything was a 9/10, the only thing is that our 7 year old special needs son could of gotten up in the middle of the night and opened the door and walked right out the condo. Therefore at night, we had to place one of the big chairs in front of the door. Recommend a safety chain being placed on door.

We had the best time at Silver Dunes! This condo was perfect! Comfortable and amazing views! Only recommendation I have is that they provide dish soap and more than two rolls of toilet paper as well as trash sacks. It would have also been a nice touch to have beach towels provided so we wouldn’t have to travel with 6 big beach towels. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. We love how the location gave us a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Front office staff were very helpful.

The Alexander family had 3 condos C1203,1303,1403 this year. We love location
bd have been coming to Silver Dunes for 14 years staying in various condos. Must say, favorite location and condos nicely updated except for 1403. Could be updated to meet standards. Have stayed in these before and appreciate upkeep.
Memphis is not as involved as in past but our family, 6 teens, still love coming here. Good repair service men. ����

I could not have been more pleased with unit C1303 at Silver Dunes. It is right on the beachfront and the ocean can be seen from the living/dining room and both bedrooms.The huge balcony was a great plus. The unit was well maintained and updated. The location is great too. Whether you want fine or casual dining, grocery stores or shopping, everything is nearby.And the harbour is nearby for recreational fun like dolphin tours,night cruises etc. It is a gated community and the staff was pleasant. I loved every minute of my stay here!

We were right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We checked in on July 4 and got to see fireworks from our balcony. We always love staying at Silver dunes. Friendly staff always really clean.

I have been going to Destin since 2005 and I have always stayed at Silver Dunes! This was my second time renting this unit and I will continue to make it my first choice from now on. The unit has been updated in the past two years and looks great! Very clean with great views!!

This unit has a “to die for View”! I have been going to Destin for 32 years and this makes my 8th year at Silver Dunes! Unit was clean and comfortable with updated bathrooms, new windows and sliding balcony doors! Whether you are sitting on the sofa, or on the balcony, your View is amazing! Everyone from George with the beach service, to office staff, are all so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Silver Dunes and especially, the amenities this unit offers!

I did review January and February. The extra week was just as great. The staff is always helpful and polite. Willing to do everything for you. The new elevator works like a charm and the new railing give the place a nice upgrade. Will be back next year.

Silver Dunes is a great vacation spot. This year they were doing renovations to several of the buildings but the necessary inconvenience will only lead to a more beautiful experience next year. You can’t have progress without a bit of hardship.
All of the staff was very helpful during this time. Any request was met with courtesy and a smile.
My only request would be more communication before arrival so that renters are aware of any ongoing problems. This would easily be done thru an email to the snowbirds. Remember we aren’t second class citizens and most of us return year after year.

Perfect place for a quiet vacation. The staff is friendly and helpful. My condo was well equiped and clean. The facilities - pool, cabanas, tennis courts - were all great. Good place to visit.

Excellent. Office staff w as most helpful. Property was neat and clean. Spring breakers were very noisy. Prefer January and February. Property needs a larger meeting room to accommodate groups. Need to post 2019 rates earlier. Most other condos have them already posted. Booking fees are ridiculously high, especially when you are standing in the office and making next years reservation.

Great location. Good for snowbirds. Needs a bigger place for get-togethers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool heater was broken part of the time. It is shown in the internet that THEY provide Bunco, water aerobics, ladies coffee and cocktail hour. This is not true. These activities are all done by the snowbirds. No contribution from Sillver Dunes. Booking fees are extremely high.
