UNIT 2, known by visitors as “DESTINation” . No hauling chairs to the beach! This beautifully decorated one bedroom condo has peek a boo views of the Gulf and is located on the first floor. Walk out of your back door to the beach, grilling area, or pool! This condo has been updated in April ’22 with a new King size bed, new bedding, and a new memory foam mattress for the queen sofa sleeper bed. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to stay for a week or stay for a month: full size stove and oven, microwave, full size dishwasher, and full size refrigerator with ice maker. Plus, all the essentials: coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, and full dinner settings for four. The bar area has seating for four people and opens to the living room. Walk along the Beach to The Back Porch Restaurant. Also convenient to all shopping, eating, and grocery stores!

Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:

- Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard

- Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!

- Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.

- S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

Great complex!

We enjoyed our stay very much - the complex is in a very convenient location, and the unit was clean and well stocked. We realized we'd like a little more space next time, but the unit worked out for our little family of 3!

Great Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at the Silver Dunes. We stayed in Penthouse #2 this trip. It was very nice, equipped with everything you need and so accommodating for my husband and I. Staying at Silver Dunes is like home away from home with benefits of the pool & beach! I have recommended it to my friends and told them how wonderful it is and how pleasant the management is to work with. I can’t wait to come back!!

Anniversary DestiNation

We spent our 30th anniversary in Silver Dunes Unit 2 (a.k.a. “DestiNation”). The unit was up to date, clean and in a great location. There was a fully stocked coffee bar which made mornings very enjoyable. The location was central to everything around town and the beach was the reason we keep coming to this property. The included beach service was one of the many reasons that we chose this unit for the 2 of us. We will be back.

Great part of the Destin beach

Friendly atmosphere and great experience. The room is a bit dated and could use some TLC.

silver dunes #2 rental

We found this unit to be just like displayed on internet. It was well supplied and everything was very clean. Although no washer/dryer the laundry room was near by and was very clean. We had a "smart tv" and were able to enjoy Netflix and Prime tv! We are renting again next year!

Wedding of the Year!!

Granddaughter got married on beach at Silver Dunes. Weather was great for rain; no Hurricane!! Think everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Staff very accommodating. Only complaint as such was beachside patio door was hard to open and close...thanks a lot for everything!

We loved Silver Dunes...

Everyone at Silver Dunes went above and beyond, Geaoge was fabulous and the beach was spectacular! We thought the landscape was wonderful, and also loved the pool area! Thank you Silver Dunes Team for making our first trip to Destin, FLA one we’ll never forget!

Great Stay!

Enjoyed our two weeks at Siver Dunes. Good location for us on the ground floor, nice patio area, close to the beach, pool area and laundry. Will likely return again next March.
