Many of our 98 units have recently been remodeled, and all are offered at very competitive rates. We have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Each unit has its own patio or balcony featuring views of the courtyard, pool, and/or beach.

On-Site Property Management Team
Unlike most complexes in Destin that are managed by outside agencies, the Silver Dunes Condominium management team is on the property. We provide property management, front-desk services, security, maintenance, and housekeeping all on-site – and solely dedicated to providing service to our guests at Silver Dunes.
Our guests avoid the hassles of trying to reach management in other states and picking up keys at other locations. Our security team provides peace of mind and our management team is here to ensure your stay is the best it can be.

Fun and Well-Maintained Grilling & Picnic Areas
Most afternoons, you’ll find “master grillers” at our two grilling areas on either side of the Penthouse building. They’re always happy to join in swapping stories and sharing charcoal.
Many of our guests regularly opt for grilling out rather than going out – particularly during the busy summer months when restaurant wait times are at their peak. Ask our management team in about the best seafood markets and butcher shops in town.
Great Amenities and Beautiful Landscaping
From the beautiful courtyard and crystal-clear pool (which is heated in winter months), to our lighted tennis courts and a fitness center, Silver Dunes has something for everyone. Step out into our grassy courtyard surrounded by swaying palm trees and fragrant oleander — a wonderfully relaxing backdrop for any vacation.

If you are only familiar with Silver Dunes during a certain time of year, consider booking your vacation to explore a different season. Northwest Florida is beautiful throughout the year, and each season holds its own charms:
Spring
We cater to families on spring break at Silver Dunes. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 or allow loud music and raucous behavior.
Summer
Silver Dunes is a favorite with families, many of whom having been coming to Silver Dunes since they were children themselves. We love seeing new parents show their children the places they played and activities they enjoyed when they were young.
Fall
October or November is a great time for a Destin vacation. The weather is still warm, the sun sets over the Gulf, and most restaurants and attractions have no wait!
Winter
Get away from the cold up north and join us for a mild Northwest Florida winter! Our snowbirds are true characters you’ll love to meet, and our beach is a wonderfully different and peaceful place to spend the holidays.
